Mr Tetsuo Saito, the founding father of Saito College, set up the university in 1988. Saito College becomes the first group in Malaysia to provide the Diploma in Graphic Design. Saito College has grown electricity to electricity due to the fact its inception and presently gives a huge variety of guides in design, enterprise and safety management. In 2017, Saito College changed into presented University College fame through the Malaysian Ministry of Higher Education and now provide diploma guides in diverse disciplines.
