- The Varsity Lodge can accommodate approximately 1,500 students in full capacity.
- It is made up of residential hostels and apartments.
- The amenities include tennis court, basketball court, swimming pool, gymnasium, laundry mart and cafeteria.
- A University Shuttle Bus service available between the campus and hostel.
- Every units can accommodate 8 students while 2 students per room.
- Each apartments consist of 4 rooms, 3 bathroom, 1 shared living room and kitchen area.
